Refund Policy

General Rule

Challenge account fees are non-refundable once trading has commenced on the account.

Exceptions

1. Cooling-off period: if you have not placed a single trade on the account within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund. Request via [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase.

2. Platform outage: if the JTX matching engine is unavailable for more than 4 hours during a 24-hour period and this prevents you from trading, the trading day is not counted against any evaluation time limit (there is none) and no refund is issued as compensation.

3. KYC rejection: if your KYC application is rejected after purchase and you cannot proceed to a funded account, you receive a full refund minus payment-processor fees.

4. Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally purchase two identical challenges within one hour, contact support and the duplicate will be refunded.

What Is Not Refundable

•Any challenge on which trading has commenced

•Any challenge that has been failed (rule breach)

•Any completed challenge (whether passed or failed)

•Upgrade fees (90/10 split upgrade)

•Chain gas fees on payouts (JTX absorbs these anyway)
